Point vs Purpose

We can simply make a living. Or we can make a life.

One gets work done for us to survive another day. The other does work to help others thrive throughout their days.

One is about us doing what someone expects us to do. The other is about being whom God has created and called us to be.

One anyone could do. The other only you can do.

One has a point. The other has a purpose.

Which work are you doing?

Which work should you be doing?

Which work had you rather do?

No question we have to, and must, work. So the remaining question is why?

Some time later the master of those servants returned. He called them in and asked what they had done with his money. —Matthew 25:19 CEV
