Faith vs Sight

2 Corinthians 5:7

For we walk by faith, not by sight. (NKJV)

For we live by believing and not by seeing. (NLT)

Our life is lived by faith. We do not live by what we see in front of us. (NLV)

The path we walk is charted by faith, not by what we see with our eyes. (Voice)

It’s what we trust in but don’t yet see that keeps us going. (MSG)

What if by next Sunday, you had the ability to look back on the week and see everywhere that you lived by sight versus by faith?

Where did you walk only where you could see versus where you couldn’t?

By what you knew for certain versus what you hoped to be?

By what was just flesh reaction versus response to the Spirit?

By what was human existence versus supernatural life?

The faith, the not seeing part, is exactly where the abundant life is lived, where the blessing is found, where Jesus is offering for us to enter in.

Well, it’s not next Sunday yet. What remains to be seen is that which is yet unseen.
