The Knight's Code Men's Conference

This is Robert’s branded turnkey event for men, offered in four sessions, either on Friday night and Saturday morning or a Saturday only format. Sessions are Live Pure, Speak True, Right Wrong, and Follow the King.

The end goal of this conference is to start or re-engage a men’s ministry through the formation of small groups. Robert states, “Its not about what happens at the event, but what happens after I leave.” Throughout The Knight's Code teaching, he threads in the power of men's small groups and in the final session teaches the why, how, and what of how to start a small group.

As part of the registration fee, the men are given the 3SG Men’s Ministry Manual and The Knight’s Code providing a minimum of six months of meeting material. Robert places the responsibility on the men to begin this ministry, not on the church staff. This has proven to be very effective in launching or re-energizing men’s small group ministry in every church he has been. A PDF explaining all the conference details is available by requesting through the Contact link.

The Sword & Shield Men’s Devotional

The Sword & Shield Men’s Devotional is a 40-day journey designed to encourage, inspire, and challenge men to be leaders for Christ in their families, workplaces, and circles of influence. From biblical to medieval times, the sword was an offensive weapon and the shield, a defensive weapon. In the dominant hand of the warrior, the sword was used to advance; in the lesser hand, the shield defended against attacks. As modern metaphors, the sword represents spiritual growth—transformation of men into the image of Christ—and the shield, moral protection—intentional actions to stop the enemy. As examples, a sword is commitment to daily prayer, while a shield is accountability to strengthen areas of weakness. The goal for the Sword & Shield Men’s Devotional is two-fold: Offer relevant, transferable principles of spiritual growth to men, and develop a daily time spent with God to form an on-going habit past the forty days.
